Galloway’s Book on Running. After a week of being on Galloway’s marathon training method of walk/run, I am sold. I was originally pretty skeptical that this walking early on in long runs could make you faster (I do a run 3 minutes and walk 1) but it totally works! And my muscles don’t get tired so I can run longer. A great book ($13) for those who are looking to start running or training for a race. (hat tip Catherine)
