The Berry Bible. One of my favorite thing about summer is lots of fresh berries. Janie Hibler’s The Berry Bible ($13) is a bit of encyclopedia on all things berries, including over 175 recipes using cultivated, wild, fresh, and frozen berries—from well-known types such as strawberries and raspberries, to their lesser known counterparts. Recipes cover a wide range of easily produced sweet and savory meals, and also include formulas for smoothies, cocktails, condiments like chutney, and homemade berry liqueurs. Yum!

Ace of Cake: Inside the World of Charm City Cakes. I am a huge Ace of Cakes fan, so much so that getting a cake from them was my one requirement for my wedding, (iPhone wedding cake). This book ($22) gives the inside story of the bakery as well as awesome pictures of all the cakes they have made over the years.

I Know How to Cook. Since first published in 1932, originally “Je Sais Cuisiner” has sold over 6 million copies and is know as the bible of french cooking. This book ($29) is a great gift for the cooks in your life!

Fancy a Brew Dishtowel. A perfect addition to the kitchen of a tea drinker. This teapot dishtowel ($18) from the home section of (my fave) Anthropologie, I liked it paired with this one.
