Big Book of Exercise. Sometimes it can be hard to mix up your exercise routine and introduce new strength training moves. This is a great book ($15) from the folks at Women’s Health (one of my fave magazines!) that offers almost 500 pages of exercise for every body part, routines for a whole body work out, and nutrition tips. Also included: 4 week diet/exercise plan to drop fat fast, a wedding workout, skinny jeans plan, and bikini workout. And they have a version for guys too from Men’s Health.
