Medium Raw by Anthony Bourdain. The newest book ($15) from chef/author Anthony Bourdain has arrived! I am a big fan of his writing. Since Kitchen Confidential, published ten years ago, when Bourdain first alerted us to the idiosyncrasies and perils of eating out he has transformed from chef to international globe trotter in search of good food. Medium Raw explores the changes from his bad boy chef days to the present with plenty of rants and stories along the way. Great father’s day gifts for those foodie dads.
