Rainbow Cake. This beautiful and colorful cake ($25) can be delivered right to your door from Penny’s Pies Bakeshop in New Jersey. The cake itself is a delicate white butter cake. The frosting and filling is a very light buttercream with a hint of lemon. There are six layers. Each layer of cake will be on parchment cardboard and wrapped ever so tightly. The buttercream will be in a container. All you will have to do it ice the cake!
